Kentucky Woman Arrested in Jasper for OWI, Possession Charges

Jasper - Friday morning, a Kentucky woman was arrested on five total counts after a traffic stop in Jasper.

At 2:43 a.m. Friday, Jasper Police conducted a traffic stop after observing a Gray 2019 Toyota Camry driving without headlights.

Officers determined that the driver, Amber Hamm, 33, of Bowling Green, was under the influence of multiple substances.

Hamm was taken into custody and charges with: Operating While Intoxicated, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Marijuana.
