JPD: Woman Resists Officers after found where she should not have been
Jasper- Jasper Police arrested 39-year-old Adrienne Holmes after she was somewhere she should not have been.
Police say a caller told them Sunday a door to a building on Clay Street was open, but the building should be empty. The caller also said there was a suspicious backpack inside.
When arriving at the building, officers alerted anyone inside, leading to Holmes exit. Police searched her and located marijuana and paraphernalia. Adding on to the possession charges, Holmes also resisted officers.
After arresting her, Adrienne Holmes is facing charges of:
- Resisting Law Enforcement
- Possession of Marijuana
- Possession of Paraphernalia
Holmes is lodged in the Dubois County Security Center.
