JPD: Minor Charged with OWI

Jasper- 19-year-old Jorge Lopez-Ibarra was arrested after a reckless driver call.

JPD officials say officers were dispatched to the intersection of MacArthur and 9th Streets. There, they found Lopez-Ibarra who consented to a breathalyzer test. That test showed a BAC of .130.

Lopez-Ibarra was arrested and charged with OWI, OWI Endangerment, and Minor Consumption. He was lodged in the Dubois County Security Center.
