JPD: Accident leads to OWI Arrest

Jasper- On Thursday afternoon, Jasper police officers responded to an accident at US-231 and Second Street.

When Officers arrived, they found a head on collision between two vehicles. 

During their investigation, police say one driver, 40-year-old Brandon Law, showed signs of impairment. Law was transported to the hospital for a chemical test, which showed a BAC of .28. 

Officers arrested Law and charged him with:

• OWI .15 With Prior Conviction
• OWI with a BAC of .15 or higher
• OWI Endangerment
