JPD: 66-year-old Facing Child Molesting Charges
Jasper- 66-year-old Earl Branham Jr. is facing a number of child molesting related charges.
Jasper Police say through their investigation, which started on October 20th, probable cause was made. Detectives say Branham Jr. had sexual contact with a female under the age of 14.
JPD Detectives interviewed Branham Monday before transporting him to the Dubois County Security Center.
Charges against Earl Branham Jr.:
- Attempted Child Molestation (Level 4 Felony)
- Child Molestation (Level 4 Felony)
- Neglect of a Dependent (Level 6 Felony)
- Exhibiting an Obscene Performance (Class A Misdemeanor)
