JPD: Jasper Couple Arrested for Domestic Battery

Jasper- Jasper Police responded to a domestic battery incident Sunday.

Officer’s report the incident happened at an Emily Street residence around 1:10 Sunday morning. 

An investigation by police is believed to have revealed 38-year-olds Travis and Kathleen Hubbuch had committed mutual domestic battery. Officers also say that Kathleen tried to destroy evidence.

Charges against Travis Hubbuch:

• Domestic Battery (Level 6 Felony)
• Disorderly Conduct (Class B Misdemeanor)

Charges against Kathleen Hubbuch:

• Obstruction of Justice (Level 6 Felony)
• Domestic Battery (Class A Misdemeanor)
• Disorderly Conduct (Class B Misdemeanor)
