Jasper Woman Facing Felony Charge of Domestic Battery in the Presence of a Juvenile

JASPER -- A Jasper woman was arrested overnight on domestic battery charges and investigators say it all went down in front of a juvenile.

Police were called out to a home in the 300 block of West 5th Street just before midnight on a report of a physical domestic in progress.

When officers arrived, they arrested 36-year-old Britney Lanpher.  Police also found marijuana and paraphernalia in the home.

Lanpher is charged with Domestic Battery in the Presence of a Juvenile.  That’s a felony.  She’s also facing misdemeanor possession charges for the pot and paraphernalia.
