Jasper Woman Arrested on Neglect Charge

Jasper - A Jasper woman has been arrested for neglect after police received a call from a nearby hospital.

Jasper Police Department received a call about possible child abuse on Thursday at approximately 3:30 a.m. at Memorial Hospital.

After a thorough investigation, it was determined that Kimberly Rust, 52, of Jasper neglected a dependent that resulted in bodily injury.

Kimberly was booked into the Dubois County Security without incident and charged with a felony count of Neglect of a Dependent.
