Jasper Woman Arrested on Domestic Battery Charge

Jasper - A Wednesday domestic dispute led to a single charge for a Jasper woman.

Wednesday night, at 10:00 p.m., Jasper Police Officers were dispatched to the area of Main Street and Fifteenth Street in reference to a male and female in a domestic dispute.

Upon investigation, it was determined that Ashley Cox, 32, of Jasper, has physically assaulted the male.

Cox was transported to the Dubois County Security Center and charged with a felony count of Domestic Battery in the Presence of a Child.
