Jasper Woman Arrested for Domestic Battery, Strangulation

At 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, the Jasper Police Department was notified of a domestic incident which occurred at a Dewey Street location.

After further investigation, Ashley Borden was arrested and charged with strangulation and domestic battery. Borden was lodged into the Dubois County Security Center.

Police did not disclose the condition of the victim.
