Three-Car Wreck Sends One Driver to the Hospital, Totals Two Vehicles
Jasper - An early morning accident sent one driver to the hospital and totaled two of three cars involved.
A motorist travelling south on Hoffman Road pulled up at the intersection of Hoffman Road and US 231. Jasper Police determined that the vehicle failed to yield the right of way to a truck travelling south on US 231.
The resulting collision hit a third vehicle, waiting to turn from US 231 to Hoffman Road.
The driver of the initial vehicle complained of chest pain and was transported to the hospital by EMS.
Two of the three vehicles involved were totaled.
