Jasper Square Closing next week

Jasper- Ragle, Inc., on behalf of the City of Jasper, will be closing the Courthouse Square to all vehicular traffic for the final paving of surface asphalt on Tuesday, September 12th and Wednesday September 13th, 2023. 

This will be a daytime closure. Local residents will have access to the Square after 6PM on Tuesday but will be asked to remove their vehicles from the Square by 7AM both those mornings.  

In addition, there will be intermittent lane closures and lane restrictions on the Square and on the streets leading to and exiting from the Square beginning Friday, September 8th as work to prepare for the final surfacing continues.
