Jasper Police Arrest Man with Prior OWI Conviction
Jasper- Richard B. Gordon was arrested in the last seven years for an OWI above .15, and now he’s facing charges again.
Officers with the Jasper Police Department arrested Gordon after receiving a call about a potentially intoxicated driver at CVS. When officers attempted to make contact, Gordon pulled away according to a press release.
Gordon was then found at the south side McDonalds. According to officers, he showed signs of impairment when contacted. He would later test at a .25 on a certified chemical test at the Jasper Police Department. He was taken to the Dubois County Security Center for charges listed below.

- OWI With an ACE of .15 or more with prior conviction within 7 years
- Operating a vehicle with an Alcohol Concentration of .15 or more
- OWI Endangering another person
- OWI
