Jasper PD Warns of Parking Ticket Scam

Jasper- The Jasper Police Department has received reports of residents receiving a scam email from [email protected], alleging of a parking violation around the square in the City of Jasper. 

The email includes a QR code to scan for further details and to make payment. Again, the email communication is a scam. Do not scan the QR code or click on any links. The City of Jasper does NOT utilize electronic payments for parking tickets, only payments via mail or in person.
