Jasper Man Arrested on Two Misdemeanors After Walmart Incident

Wednesday evening at approximately 5:40 p.m., Jasper Police officers were dispatched to the Jasper Walmart referencing a domestic incident which had just occurred at the location.

Upon the arrival of officers, it was determined that the male subject, Robert McCoy, 68, of Jasper had left the area. Police later located McCoy at his residence.

McCoy was arrested on two misdemeanor charges: Domestic Battery, and Interfering with the Reporting of a Crime.
