Jasper Man Arrested on Meth, Other Charges Following Weekend Traffic Stop

JASPER -- A Jasper man was arrested over the weekend on drug charges.
A JPD officer stopped a vehicle driven by Robert Marks, 47 of Jasper just after midnight Saturday for having a license plate that came back registered to another vehicle.
The officer believed Marks was driving under the influence of meth.
Inside the vehicle, police say they found meth and paraphernalia.
Marks is charged with Possession of Meth, Marijuana, a Hypodermic Needle, and paraphernalia. He’s also facing charges of OWI, Driving While Suspended, Operating a Vehicle with Fictitious Plates and no insurance.
