Jasper Man Arrested on Four Charges After Saturday Wreck

On Saturday, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Jasper Police Officers were dispatched to a report of an intoxicated driver. Officers located the vehicle wrecked near the Village Court Apartment Complex.

At the scene, EMS treated Miguel Juan Rodriguez Acosta, 51, of Jasper, for his injuries. He was taken to Memorial Hospital for treatment.

Rodriguez Acosta was charged with Operating While Intoxicated, OWI with a BAC Higher than .15, OWI Endangerment, and Operating a Vehicle While Knowingly Never Receiving a License.
