Jasper Man Arrested in Liquor Store Break-In

Jasper Police Officers were called out to Holiday Liquors at the "Y" in Jasper at 6:15 a.m. Friday morning in response to a shattered glass door. Officials determined that several bottles of alcohol were missing from the scene.

Officers tracked down the suspect, Brian Taylor, 43, of Jasper, intoxicated at a city park. Taylor was taken into custody without further incident.

Taylor has been charged with Burglary, Theft, and Public Intoxication.
