Jasper Man Arrested for Intimidation, Invasion of Privacy
Jasper - Sunday, a Jasper man was arrested on Intimidation and Invasion of Privacy charges.
On Sunday, at approximately 1:52 p.m., the Jasper Police Department was
dispatched to the area of West 41st Street in reference to a male intimidating a female.
Upon investigation, the
male identified later as Sawyer Schutz was found to be violating a protective order and making threats to two
individuals. Schutz was transported to the Jasper Police Department for the violation of the protection order and to
be interviewed.
Schutz was later transported to the Dubois County Security Center and lodged. Schutz was charged
with two counts of Intimidation (Level 6 Felony) and one count of Invasion of Privacy (Class A Misdemeanor).
