Jasper Man Arrested After Flipping His Car, Trapping Him Inside; Police Say He was Quite Drunk at the Time

JASPER -- A Jasper man was also arrested early Saturday morning.

It all unfolded just before 3:30 a.m.

Emergency Crews were dispatched to a rollover accident with entrapment at the intersection of South Newton Street and Hochgesang.

Police say the driver, Jonathan Martinez Quintanilla was quite drunk at the time of the accident.

He was taken to Memorial Hospital for his injuries.  There, he tested .22 on a chemical test.  The legal driving limited is .08.

Quintanilla was charged with OWI over .15.  We do not know the extent of his injuries.
