Jasper Intersection to Transition to Four-Way Stop Due to Construction

Jasper - In a Monday evening statement, the Jasper Street Department has advised that due to ongoing construction, an intersection will transition to a four-way stop.


The Jasper Street Department advises, in conjunction with the Jasper Gas & Water Department’s replacement of the waterline at 3rd Ave & Meridian Rd, which will extend for approximately 2 months, the Traffic Signal at the Intersection of 3rd Ave & Meridian Rd will be changing to a 4 way stop (flashing red all 4 ways).

This will occur during construction hours for the safety of construction worker & all motorists.

As a result, motorists may wish to avoid this area and find an alternate route during this construction period, as there will be lane restrictions along with lengthy traffic delays.
