JASPER® Engines and Transmissions Ranked Among Forbes List of America’s Best Employers by State

Jasper- Jasper Engines & Transmissions was named as one of America’s Best Employers by State for 2023 by Forbes magazine. 

It’s the first time JASPER has been named to this prestigious list, and the third time the company achieved a Forbes ranking.

In their fifth annual list, JASPER ranked 30th out of 73 Indiana employers with more than 500 employees that Forbes recognized. JASPER ranked fourth of nine Indiana-based companies to make the list in the Automotive and Suppliers sector. A total of 1,392 companies made at least one state list.

The 2023 Forbes list was based on an independent survey conducted by the market research company Statista. The anonymous survey asked 70,000 employees across the country if they would recommend their employer to others, and to evaluate their employer based on company image, working conditions, potential for development, diversity, and compensation packages.
