Jasper Chamber Issues Correction for Strassenfest Parade Route

Jasper - The Jasper Chamber of Commerce has issued a correction for the Strassenfest Parade Route after an error in the program book.

This is to alert the public regarding the upcoming, annual Jasper Strassenfest Parade on Sunday, August 8^th.

There is an error in the program book regarding the route.

The parade will remain the same as it has been for many years, with the actual start beginning at 15^th and Jackson Streets, going South on Jackson, around the courthouse square, then heading North on  MAIN STREET - - until it ends at 15^th and MAIN STREET.

As always, parade units will line up along north Jackson Street and also on 15^th Street – and the parade begins around 1:00 p.m.

There will be over 100 units in the parade and the Jasper Strassenfest parade is held rain or shine.
