Jasper 18-Year-Old Arrested for Intimidation, Harassment of Juvenile
Jasper - Sunday, an 18-year-old Jasper man was arrested on Intimidation and Harassment charges due to interactions with a juvenile.
Sunday, the Jasper Police Department was notified of a male subject who had been sending threating
messages to a juvenile. After further investigation, the male subject was identified as Joel S Breeding, 18, of Jasper.
Breeding was
charged with Intimidation (Felony) and Harassment (Misdemeanor) and lodged into the Dubois County Security Center.
