Intimidation, Firearm, and Sexual Battery Charges for Plainville Man

Daviess Co. – On Friday, the Daviess County Sheriff’s department made a warrant arrest for a series of charges.

Daniel Callahan, 38, of Plainville, Indiana was arrested for intimidation, pointing a firearm at another, and two sexual battery charges. All but one charge carries a felony charge.

Prior to the charges, he has eight prior arrests.

He does have a bond amount of $100,000.
