INDOT: Lane restrictions planned for State Road 61

Pike Co.- The Indiana Department of Transportation announces lane restrictions for State Road 61 near Winslow.

Beginning on or around Monday, May 22, crews will begin restricting the northbound lane of State Road 61 north of Winslow. These restrictions will allow for fiber optic installation on utility poles along the roadway. These restrictions will be intermittent to allow utility trucks to park in the roadway during installation.

Flaggers will control traffic flow during restrictions to the roadway. These restrictions will occur between 8am-4pm on weekdays. Work is expected to take two weeks to complete, depending on the weather.
