COVID Cases, Deaths Down Slightly in Latest Indiana Department of Health Update

Dubois Co. - Coronavirus cases and deaths are down slightly statewide according to the latest update from the Indiana Department of Health.


In Wednesday's update from the IDH, the state agency reported 1,197 new cases, down 43 from the previous week. The IDH recorded three deaths attributed to COVID-19, down one from last week.

In the past seven days, 16.1% of cases have been re-infections.

Vanderburgh County has seen the most coronavirus infections in the previous seven days, with 254. Every other county in the region has seen less than 100, respectively.
