ICU Bed Shortage Getting More Dire in District 10 With Just 10% Available

AREAWIDE -- Area ICU beds continue to fill up as Dubois and surrounding counties continue to see a surge in local COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations.

Just over 10% of the ICU beds in District 10 are currently available.

That includes Dubois County and points west including through the Evansville region.

Nearly 37% of the district’s occupied ICU beds are currently treating COVID-19 patients.
