Huntingburg PD Conducting Training at HES

Huntingburg- The Huntingburg Police Department will be training at Huntingburg Elementary School on November 13th.

Officers and Staff will be going through intruder training, using blank ammunition which will be fired. This is a Professional Development day, so no students will be in the building.

The notice was sent in a letter posted on the police department’s facebook page. The training will take place between 7:45 and 8:45 AM on Monday. Citizens that are not employed by the school, are asked to stay clear of the school during this time.

AKP students and families will be given instructions regarding November 13th from AKP.
