Huntingburg Man Arrested on Habitual Traffic Violation Charge in Jasper Accident

On 10/08/2021, the Jasper Police Department responded to the area of E 15th and Mill Street, in Jasper, in reference to a two-vehicle accident. 

After further investigation, officers discovered one of the drivers involved was operating as a habitual traffic violator. Brett P. Popp, 44, of Huntingburg was arrested and lodged into the Dubois County Security Center reference Operating a vehicle while HTV, level 6 felony.
