Heavily Trafficked Street to Close Monday in Jasper

Jasper- A highly trafficked street in Jasper will be closed Monday.
The City of Jasper Engineering Department advises that Sixth Street from Newton Street to the Courthouse Square will be closed Monday March 27th from 8 A.M. till 4 P.M. for the installation of a new water main. 

This portion of Sixth Street is expected to be reopen to traffic by the end of the day on Monday barring any unforeseen events or weather related delays. 

The City of Jasper reminds motorist to use caution and slowdown in construction z ones.
