Full Details: Zaxby's Expands in Indiana, Jasper Location to Open Monday, June 13th

Jasper - After a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, the Jasper Zaxby's will open its doors Monday, June 13th at 10:30 a.m.

Catering and Marketing Director Lucas James, a Northeast Dubois High School Graduate, says he's looking forward to bringing Zaxby's to his home county.

"I means everything, so, my biggest thing is if I don't like it I'm not going to promote it," James said. "But, I absolutely do love this brand. Jasper, we don't really have anything fast-casual besides a couple little restaurants so there's nowhere that mom and dad can stop after work and take food home besides having to wait or going to a sit down restaurant."

In turn, Zaxby's is looking forward to getting involved in the community.

"I think it's just great for the community," James said. "We're huge into getting into athletics and sports for the schools, and reading programs and all of that fun stuff."

The Mannheim Road location will feature a 3,000 square foot farmhouse-style restaurant with indoor seating for up to 50 guests, complete with state-of-the-art technology and a new kitchen design.

In that kitchen, Zaxby's will make the chicken that it's known for, though, James says, one of its bestsellers is its salads - or for Zaxbys, Zalads.

"One of the biggest things, especially as the world goes towards more of a healthier option, is our fresh cut salads," James said. "They're all made to order, so if you don't want cucumber on your salad, don't worry about it, they're not pre-made."

Also on the menu is the new double handed-breaded filet, coming in Regular, Spicy, and Signature club with Zax sauce.

When asked to compare Zax sauce to other sauces, James had this one-word answer:

"Love."

Zaxby's will be hosting a friends and family day on Saturday, for which invitations have already been sent out.

Zaxby's will be available through Doordash, GrubHub, UberEats and Postmates.

ATHENS, Ga. — June 07, 2022 — Zaxby’s, the premium quick-service restaurant known for its Chicken FingerzTM, wings and signature sauces will open its first restaurant in Jasper, Indiana located at 4277 Mannheim Rd. The new Zaxby’s is owned and operated by Jerry Ayres and Steve Brewer of Unbridled Chicken, LLC, Inc. 

The restaurant is scheduled to open for drive-thru guests on Monday, June 13.

The new 3,000 square-foot farmhouse-style restaurant will have indoor seating available for 50 guests and features state-of-the-art technology, as well as a new kitchen design to improve operational efficiencies. Customers can look forward to seeing expedited drive-thru service with a new, covered double drive-thru layout for faster pay and pickup. 

An alternative to fast food, Zaxby’s serves fresh, prepared-at-order Chicken Fingerz and wings tossed in a variety of nine sauces. 

The menu will also feature the Signature Club Sandwich, the brand's iconic Fried Pickles and fresh Zalads. Recently, Zaxby’s Zax Fanz Club has been recognized as America’s Best Loyalty Program 2022 in the Fast-Food Restaurant Category by Newsweek and Statista. New ‘Fanz’ can enjoy a Zaxby’s Signature Sandwich for free when downloading the Zaxby’s app and signing up for the rewards program for the first time. Third-party delivery will also be available at the new Jasper location through Doordash, GrubHub, UberEats and Postmates.
