Festival Season has arrived in Dubois County

Dubois Co.- As weather starts to chill and the signs of the Fall Season set in, people will be enjoying the outdoors.
A series of festivals and celebrations are approaching in Dubois County in numerous locations. Some starting this week.
This week, the Holland Fest (Holland, IN), Ferdinand Folk Fest (Ferdinand, IN), and Herbstfest (Huntingburg, IN) will take place within Dubois County. The Blockbash will happen in French Lick.
Holland Fest: Holland Fest takes place on Friday, September 15th and runs through Sunday, September 18th. The fest slogan, “A Town in Bloom” goes hand and hand with their themes of outdoors and flowers. You can find the full schedule here.
Ferdinand Folk Fest: The Ferdinand Folk Fest takes place on Saturday, September 17th, in the 18th Street Park. The festival is free to attend and will feature many bands and food booths. The schedule can be found here.
Herbstfest: Huntingburg’s annual celebration begins on Sunday, September 18th at 7:00 pm with the Junior and Miss Queen Herbstfest Pageant at Market Street Park. After a few day hiatus, festivities continue on Friday September 23rd and run until Sunday, September 25th. The full schedule can be found here.
Block Bash: The 2022 Block Bash will take place in French Lick from September 16th through the 18th. Wood Carving competitions. Full details can be found here.
