Farm Worker Found Dead Identified as Father of Three

KNOX CO. -- Officials in Knox County have identified the farm worker found dead in a field earlier this week.

Police still aren’t saying what killed 45-year-old Victor Manuel Murrieta Martinez of Oaktown.

The married father of three was found dead near his work truck near an electrical water irrigator.

An autopsy was done this week but investigators are still waiting on toxicity reports.

The cause of death is still under investigation.
