EMERGENCY BOIL ADVISORY

Due to a water main break, the Jasper Municipal Water Department is issuing a boil advisory affecting a very small of the city. The area affected consists of W. 14th St between US 231 and Maute St, including Kundek St. between W. 14th St and Beckman St. 

We will keep you updated when the Boil advisory is lifted. The boil advisory will last a minimum of 48 hours or until 2 consecutive samples have been passed. 

Residents affected are asked to boil their water for 5 minutes before human & pet consumption. The water is safe for bathing.
