Dubois County Reports 98 COVID Cases in Thursday Update

Dubois Co. - In Thursday's COVID-19 update from the Indiana Department of Health, Dubois County recorded an additional 98 cases and zero deaths.

The county has reported 348 COVID positives over the span of the last three days. Dubois County did not record a single death due to COVID-19 in Thursday's update; the county has not done so since January 1st.

Dubois County, along with every other county in Southwestern Indiana, is under a Red Advisory. At the time of Wednesday's dashboard update, Dubois County had averaged 1,139 cases per 100,000 residents and a positivity percentage of 19.49%.

Once again, Indiana recorded a new high in single-day positive cases with 16,563. The state reported 75 deaths attributed to COVID-19.
