Dubois County Reports 3.4% Unemployment in March; Orange Co. Has Highest Rate in Indiana

JASPER -- Dubois County is getting back to work.

The county reported 3.4% unemployment in March.

Two local counties did better: Daviess reported 3% unemployment last month; Martin County reported 3.3%.

Officials in Perry County reported 4.2%; 4.3% in Spencer County and 4.5% unemployment last month in Pike County.  Once again, Orange County had the highest unemployment in our area in March at 5.7%.

The highest in the state is Lake County at 7.6%.
