Dubois County Records One Death, 87 Cases in Thursday Update
Dubois Co. - In Thursday's Indiana Department of Health update, Dubois County recorded a death attributed to COVID-19 and 87 total cases, as Indiana once again set a single-day record.
In the Wednesday and Thursday reports, the county saw a combined 161 positives. The single-day total of 87 cases is the highest recorded since December 31, 2020, when the county reported 93 cases. The Indiana Department of Health has attributed 151 county deaths to COVID-19 over the course of the pandemic.
Dubois County is currently under an Orange Advisory.
Statewide, Indiana broke its single-day positive total for the second straight day with 15,264 cases. The state recorded 150 deaths attributed to COVID-19 in the report.
