Dubois County Offices Closed for Memorial Day
Dubois Co. - In observance of Memorial Day, city and town offices throughout Dubois County will be closed on Monday.
WITZ has received notices of closure for the following cities and towns (alphabetical):
Ferdinand
Ferdinand Town Hall, Street Department and all Utility departments will be closed Monday to allow their employees to honor and observe Memorial Day. Trash collection will move to Tuesday May 31. Town officials ask that residents have your trash placed curbside by 7am Tuesday morning, but no earlier than Monday evening to prevent animal damage to your containers. Should this occur, it is the responsibility of the property owner to clean up the debris, not their trash crew.
Huntingburg
City of Huntingburg offices will be closed on Monday, May 30, 2022 in observance of Memorial Day. Offices will reopen on Tuesday, May 31 at 8:00 a.m.
Jasper
The Jasper City Hall, Street Department and all Utilities Administrative Offices will be closed on Monday. Trash and regular recycling normally collected on Monday will be collected on Tuesday, May 31st. Trash and regular recycling pickup for the rest of the week will be on the regular schedule.
