Dubois County, Most of Indiana, Sees Reduced Advisory Levels

Dubois Co. - In Wednesday's Indiana Department of Health Advisory Map update, Dubois County was reduced to an Orange Advisory while most of Indiana followed the same trend.


On Wednesday, Dubois County reported 11 positive cases and zero deaths attributed to COVID-19. The county's positivity percentage dipped under 15% - to 13.76%. Dubois County is not under a Red Advisory for the first time in over a month.

Statewide, four Indiana counties remain under a red (highest) advisory, 42 are orange, 43 are yellow, and three are no under a blue (lowest)  advisory.


County cases have stalled from the mid-January peak, once reaching an average of 136 additional cases over a seven-day span.


Statewide, Indiana reported 935 cases and 63 deaths attributed to COVID-19.
