Dubois County Health Department Offering Another High Dose Flu Vaccine
Jasper - The Dubois County Health Department will be offering another drive-thru high dose only flu
clinic for individuals 65 years of age and older on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, from 8:30
am to 10:30 am.
High dose flu vaccine is covered by Medicare or private health insurance.
With Covid-19 on the rise, this is a safe and effective way to get yourself vaccinated against
the flu this year! This event is available for anyone 65 years and older to receive
the high-dose flu shot. The department encourages everyone to come see their newly constructed
drive-thru to experience the convenience of never leaving your car!
DATE: Wednesday, September 22, 2021
TIME: 8:30 A.M. – 10:30 A.M.
LOCATION: Follow the signs to our newly constructed drive-thru at 1187 South Saint Charles
Street. Participants are asked to approach the Health Department from the north side. The
best method will be US 231 to Division Rd and then South on Saint Charles St. Please have
your ID and Medicare/insurance cards available.
The Health Department will also offer high dose and standard flu shots from 8:30am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday, with no appointment needed. It is as easy as walking in and walking out protected from the
flu this season.
