Dubois County, 77 Other Indiana Counties, Now Under Lowest COVID Advisory Level

Dubois Co. - Dubois County, along with 77 other Indiana counties, is now under the lowest COVID-19 advisory level.


In Wednesday's Coronavirus dashboard map up date from the Indiana Department of Health, the majority of the state has turned "Blue".


Statewide, 14 of Indiana's 92 counties are "Yellow", the second-lowest advisory level - including Gibson, Warrick, Perry, and Crawford Counties in Southwestern Indiana.

In Wednesday's update, Dubois County reported four new positive cases of the coronavirus and zero deaths. In the month of March, the county has only seen one death attributed to COVID-19.

Statewide, Indiana reported a total of 303 cases and 37 deaths attributed to the virus. The state's seven-day positivity percentage has dropped once again, now at 2.7%.

Cases have been trending downwards in the state since a mid-January peak fueled by the Omicron variant.


Indiana is seeing it's lowest COVID-19 totals since the summer of 2021.
