Dubois County 4-H and 4-H Fall Break Events

Dubois Co.- Enroll in Dubois County 4-H today! Starting October 1st enjoy different experiences that include day events, overnight events, trips, club experiences and more including 4-H Fair.

4-H Kickoff Event – Parents and adults join us on October 10th from 6-8 pm in the Clover Pavilion on the Dubois County 4-H Fairgrounds for some crafts and fall activities to Fall into 4-H. Need assistance with 4-H enrollment? We will be there with computers so that you can enroll that night. Celebrate fall with a pumpkin smoothie from the Fender Blender Bike, fall craft, solar eclipse activity, and hotdogs, chips and drinks provided by 4-H Council. Fall Break Mini 4-H Camp Youth in Grades K-2 can join Dubois County 4-H Tuesday, October 17th at the Clover Pavilion on the Dubois County 4-H Fairgrounds. Pumpkin up for 4-H with pumpkin activities and crafts! Sign up on 4-H Online v2.4honline.com by Monday, October 16th 4:00 pm. Enroll as a Mini 4-H member (Free) and then sign up for the event. Dubois County 4-H is offering a Disc Golf Discovery on Thursday, October 19th at the Dubois County 4-H Fairgrounds in the Clover Pavilion. Youth in grades 3-12 learn the basics about Disc Golf, learn some common techniques, play the 18-hole course at Dubois County Park and leave with a new appreciation and understanding to play all the courses in the area. Sign up by 4 pm on Monday, October 16th via 4-H Online at v2.4honline.com. For full 4-H experience enroll as 4-H member and pay $15 program fee for the year. Pre-registration is required. Questions? Purdue Extension – Dubois County and Purdue Extension – Knox County is offering a UAV Drone Exploration on Saturday, October 28th from 9 am – 4 pm. This experience is open to youth in Grades 3-12 from the area and will learn about UAV drones, how they are used, operate some drones, and learn from those in the area about careers involving drones. Sign up for the event by Monday, October 23rd via 4-H Online at v2.4honline.com. Must enroll as a 4-H member first. Pre-registration is required and limited spots available.
