Dubois Branch Library to Hold Mental Health Program

Dubois - The COVID-19 pandemic has been a time of stress and uncertainty for all, and people have responded in a variety of ways.  Depression, anxiety, and addictions of all kinds have become common reactions.  The Memorial Hospital Counseling Center will present “Strategies to Maintain/Improve Your Mental Health” at the Dubois Branch Library Community Room on Wednesday, Aug. 18th at 6:30 PM.

Learn more about the COVID-19 impact on mental health, how to recognize warning signs in friends, loved ones, and yourself, as well as various coping skills to move in a forward direction.
