Domestic Incident Leads to Five Charges for Dubois Resident

Jasper - A Dubois Resident was taken into custody on five charges after a Sunday domestic dispute.

At approximately 2:42 p.m. Sunday afternoon, Jasper Police were dispatched to Maple Grove Village in response to a 911 call for a physical domestic incident involving a knife.

Per the Jasper Police Department release, Officers conducted "an extensive investigation". As a result of the investigation, Police arrested Brooklyn Thrasher, 21, of Dubois, and transported Thrasher to the Dubois County security Center.

Thrasher was charged with four felony counts - Burglary, Battery with a Deadly Weapon, Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon, and Criminal Recklessness. Thrasher was also charged with a misdemeanor count of Criminal Mischief.
