NATIONWIDE -- If you work for Dollar General, you won't have to choose between the vaccine and a paycheck.

Dollar General has announced that employees who want to get the coronavirus vaccine can do so without losing money.

The company says it will pay employees for 4 hours of work, so they can go get their shot, if they choose to do so.

Dollar General says it encourages employees to get the vaccine, but it isn't required.
