Dealing in a Schedule 1 Controlled Substance
On 04/05/2024 at approximately 2300 hours, the Jasper Police Department
executed a search warrant stemming from a narcotics investigation at 220 N Main Street, Huntingburg IN 47542.
Upon execution of the search warrant, Jeremy Siddons and Jana Spurlock were located inside the residence. During
the search of the residence, Siddons and Spurlock were found to be growing psilocybin mushrooms inside a spare
bedroom. Approximately 509 Grams of psilocybin mushrooms were seized inside the residence, along with
marijuana, THC Dab, Kratom, digital scales, numerous smoking pipes, other items of paraphernalia and $485 cash (US
Currency). The psilocybin mushroom lab was properly dismantled and the necessary items were seized as evidence.
Siddons and Spurlock were arrested and transported to the Dubois County Security Center. Jeremy Siddons and Jana
Spurlock were each charged with Dealing in a Schedule 1 Controlled Substance (Level 2 Felony), Maintaining a
Common Nuisance (Level 6 Felony), Obstruction of Justice (Level 6 Felony), Dealing in Marijuana (Class A
Misdemeanor), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Class A Misdemeanor) Possession of Marijuana (Class B
Misdemeanor), and Possession of Paraphernalia (Class C Misdemeanor).
