Counterfeit Government issued Docs found During Traffic Stop
Jasper- A Jasper traffic stop revealed counterfeit Government documents, says Jasper Police.
Officers say they conducted a traffic stop at the Jasper Ruler Foods. During the stop, the temporary Texas license plate on the 1998 Toyota Corolla was deemed false and improperly registered. While investigating, police say the driver, Jorge Javier Conde Gonzalez was unlicensed.
Police did an inventory of the vehicle and located several falsified government documents, including licenses and social security cards. Gonzalez was then transported to the Jasper Police station for further paperwork.
Gonzalez was then taken to the Dubois County Security Center on 3 counts of misdemeanor Counterfeit Government issued Identification and operating a motor vehicle while never obtaining a license.
