Clem and Mary Lange celebrates 20 years and new addition

On Monday August 26 at 5 PM the YMCA will be recognizing charter members who have maintained their membership since the inception. The YMCA began enrolling members in July 2004. Over 70 individuals and families have been active members for the past 20 years. These individuals and families will be honored at the ceremony. 

In November the Clem and Mary Lange YMCA announced plans for a 3,000 square foot addition to its-facility located in Ferdinand. The expansion project includes a 15 x 27 foot therapy pool, a sauna and a stretching area. Primarily the pool will be used for rehab services, personal training, swim lessons, small group c_lasses and individual aquatic workouts. 

The Clem and Mary Lange YMCA currently serves over 3,600 members with programs in Dubois, Perry and Spencer counties. The YMCA constructed its current facility in 2011 with an expansion in 2021.
