Celestine Man Arrested After Wreck Involving Rollover

Jasper - A Celestine man was arrested Monday night after a wreck that rolled a vehicle.


At 8:49 p.m. Monday evening, Jasper Police responded to an accident at 13th Street and Vine Street in Jasper. Upon officers' arrival, it was clear that one of the vehicles involved had rolled.

In speaking with one of the drivers, officers determined that Bradley Gehlhausen, 37, of Celestine was intoxicated. A subsequent test showed that Gehlhausen had been operating his vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .148%, nearly twice the legal limit.

Gehlhausen has been charged with misdemeanor counts of OWI and OWI Endangerment.

No injuries were reported in the wreck.
